  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for Licensed Electrical Workers

Energy Safe Victoria (ESV) has recently introduced a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program for the electrical trade.

It is now necessary for most electrical licence holders to attend a CPD training session, as a mandatory condition of their licence renewal.

This course is for Licensed Electrical Workers (LEWs). This training needs to be completed within two years of your electrical licence renewal date.

CPD is an exciting opportunity for all licence holders to enhance their skills and preserve the industry’s high levels of professionalism, bolstering the trade against rogue operators.

The industry is technically complex and is rapidly changing, which requires electrical workers to stay up to date with the latest regulations and ongoing technological advancements.
