This course trains you for work with heavy vehicle agricultural equipment. You will gain the skills and knowledge to competently carry out service, repair and diagnostic procedures. You'll learn how to apply safe work practices, carry out servicing operations and develop knowledge of diagnostic procedures. This qualification reflects the role of individuals who perform a broad range of tasks on a variety of agricultural machinery in the automotive retail, service and repair industry.

If you are enrolling in this course as part of an apprenticeship, you must have employment in the relevant industry before commencing the course.

Generally an apprenticeship take 3 years of schooling and 1 year on the job training
