What should I study at Bendigo TAFE in 2024?

Ok so you have settled into your year and now you want to focus on your next step, and you aren’t sure what you should study.

Luckily Bendigo TAFE offers a variety of courses that will help you achieve your career goals. With over 100 nationally recognised qualifications and over 38 Free TAFE* courses available, it’s time to take your first step – or the next one.

Here are some options you might consider:

Certificate IV in Human Resource Management (BSB40420): If you’re interested in personnel management and organisational development, this course could be a great fit. It covers topics like recruitment, employee relations, and workplace health and safety. With the flexibility to work in different industries and organisation, this qualification can take you from corporate to not-for profits, from hospitality to retail and beyond.

 

Certificate III in Food Processing (Brewing) (FBP30121): If you have a passion for brewing and want to explore the world of craft beer, this program focuses on food processing techniques specific to brewing. Cheers to a hands-on experience in the beverage industry!

 

VCE VM & VPC: If you’re looking to complete your Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or need to improve your VCE results, Bendigo TAFE offers VCE VET programs that combine vocational education and training with your VCE studies. Choose from the Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC0000001) or Victorian Certificate of Education Vocational Major (VCE0000001). 

 

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) (CHC33021): If you have a passion for caring for people or simply want to learn how to care for older people or people living with a disability, this course will provide the knowledge and skills you need. Offered under the Free TAFE* initiative, not only gives you the opportunity to work in one of the fastest growing industies in Australia, but it allows you to study with tuition-free fees.  

 

Certificate IV in Animal Behaviour and Training (ACM40322): If you're interested in animals and working out what makes them tick then this course could be your answer. With a focus on identifying behaviours and how to influence them, you will be qualified to work in a variety of settings and will be able to teach them new tricks!
